#WEW THE YOUNG WOMAN’S GUIDE TO A LIFE OF FULFILLMENT

One.

Never settle. If they tell you they love you but fail to show it, let them go. There are people out there that will walk through fire just to know and love you. Don’t settle for anything less.

Two.

Never put another person down in an attempt to make yourself feel better. It will only make you feel worse in the end.

Three.

Never compare yourself to other people. You don’t have to be special like them, be special like YOU.

Four.

Never depend on someone else for your happiness. You don’t deserve to give your heart away to someone who will toss it around and take you for granted. Because one day, they could drop it and you will be the one picking up the pieces. Depend on yourself.

Five.

Never let someone tell you how to dress or how much makeup to wear. But always remember that you are just as breathtaking on a Sunday morning in your sweats, as you are on a Friday night all dressed up. The right person will see that.

Six.

Never pass up an opportunity to go out with your friends. And take lots of pictures. Life is short. I know high school is four WHOLE years but have as much fun as you can because soon enough you’ll start waking up with hangovers.

Seven.

Never worry about your weight or you GPA or your bank account so much that it stops you from living. Eat that 3rd piece of pumpkin pie, Thanksgiving is only once a year. Go to the movies with your crush even though you should be studying; it’s just a test. Spend your last cent on Starbucks with your best friend; you get paid in 3 days.

Yes, be healthy and be careful and take your education seriously but letting go every once in a while is a must.

Eight.

Never take your life for granted. Set your goals high and reach higher. Never give up on that bucket list you scribbled down a couple summers ago. Travel a lot. Go to concerts. Save your money just to blow it. Being a kid doesn’t last forever, and we all wish we could go back sometimes. Take your time growing up and make the most of every moment, because life is a beautiful, beautiful thing, if you let it be.
